Step-by-Step Warehouse Registration Process

Step 1: Filing of Application Form

Any person or organization seeking warehouse registration must submit a formal application in accordance with the rules and guidelines prescribed under the WDRA Act, 2007.

• The application can be submitted for one or more warehouses either owned or effectively controlled by the applicant.

• The process is fully digital and must be submitted electronically via the WDRA portal.

• The application is deemed complete only when:

  • Submitted as per Sub-rule (1) of the WDRA Rules

  • Accompanied by all required documents

  • Includes payment of prescribed application fees
